Appointment Cancellation Policy At Lashedxblessing LLC, appointment times are reserved specifically for each client. Please review our booking and cancellation policy carefully before scheduling an appointment. Booking & Deposits • A deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. • Deposits are non-refundable and are applied toward your scheduled service if appointment policies are followed. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy • Appointments canceled or rescheduled within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment time will incur a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service amount. • Clients who fail to show up for their appointment without notice (“no-shows”) will also be charged a 50% no-show fee based on the scheduled service amount. • Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the appointment will not incur a cancellation fee. Late Arrival Policy • Please arrive on time for your appointment. • Clients arriving more than 10–15 minutes late may need to have their appointment shortened, modified, or rescheduled depending on schedule availability. • Late arrivals that require rescheduling may be subject to the cancellation policy outlined above. Repeated Cancellations & No-Shows • Clients with repeated late cancellations, frequent rescheduling, or no-shows may be required to pay 100% of the service amount upfront when booking future appointments. • Lashedxblessing LLC reserves the right to charge 100% of the scheduled service amount for no-shows or last minute cancellations. • Repeated violations of booking policies may also result in restrictions on future appointments. Emergency Exceptions • We understand that genuine emergencies and unforeseen circumstances can occur. Exceptions may be considered at management discretion. Agreement • By booking an appointment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this cancellation policy.
